I will respectfully pay for the time consumed by the interview based on the following schedule:

Posted Positions w/ Base Salaries

Human Resources/Managers  $200.00

Director & VP     $400.00

President & CEO   $800.00

Non posted or informational interviews will be determined by the description of the potential position and agreed to by both parties prior to appointment confirmation.

All payments will be made directly to the company providing the interview or to a charity of their choice.

Interviews must be confirmed by both parties and have a minimum of twenty minutes of uninterrupted time.

Adjustments to all the terms can be made without notice to protect the interviewee.
